I have to say that the wine lifestyle is something that I wouldn't mind getting used to. I tried all sorts of white wines, red wines, mochofileros, athiris, assyrtiko...even a shot of their dessert wine, moscato. Wines have their own lives and it is so interesting. There's just so much of them, so many different types of grapes that I think I would be a little overwhelmed. I was never good with names and imagine how unprofessional I would seem if one was to ask me what type of wine would go with what and I would have no clue? But to be a wine connosieur takes a lot of work and practice. I'd rather do PR. =)
As I was rushing to Kellari today, late as always, guess who I see in the middle of Times Square? Joe Francis. Yup, the creator of Girls Gone Wild. At least it looked like him. I was walking pretty fast but it took me a while to figure out that face. He has a very distinct face and he actually stopped me in the middle of the street. It really did look like him! Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. Who knows?

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
I'm not Irish and I have refrained from drinking so much so St. Patty's Day isn't really a huuuuge occassion for me. My family is big on holidays and I remember my mom cooking cabbage and corned beef everytime on March 17th to celebrate the holiday. I used to hate it, only because cabbage and corned beef wasn't my cup of tea.
I am working tonight so hopefully, there won't be too many drunks out there in the city. And hopefully I make some money.
I probably spent $500 on clothes alone for my Mexican vacation. I am leaving Wednesday night at 2 in the morning and I cannot wait. I will be going with my boyfriend of almost-two years that I so adore.Thing is, we've been fighting a lot. When we went to Miami last December, we fought about such nonsense things that I almost don't even remember what we were fighting about. I guess what they say about babies and their "terrible twos" can apply to relationships going into their second year also. We'll see.
Just call me Gia Amani. I live in New York in the great borough of Queens. I am graduating this May with a degree in Communications and anxious to see what the future holds for little old me. Yes, I am scared to finally taste the real world. Paying off my school loans will be a BITCH!
This blog is created with insomnia and curiosity. I've owned blogs before but never had the patience to keep up with it. Hopefully, this will stay for a while.
I am 21 years young and I work as a waitress in busy busy busyyy Times Square. It will be talked about a lot.
I am very fashion-aware, cultured, and articulate. I write better than I speak. I love foreign words and speech but can't stand accents (maybe because as a waitress, I know foreigners don't tip as much as we want them to...SORRY!) and I love to eat. I am starting to travel and I obsess with taking pictures.
So in conclusion, I am fabulous and you are even greater reading this.
Love, Gia
